Amanda is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Mississippi, New York, and Pennsylvania and has represented clients in both federal and state court actions, including MDL 875, where she appeared as defense liaison counsel. After practicing law in Mississippi, Amanda moved to Alabama in 2017 and continued the practice of law. She primarily handles cases involving mass torts, specifically representing clients with complications and injuries from hernia mesh and DePuy Attune knee replacements, as well as cases involving general civil litigation.
While previously working as a partner and director in two different regional law firms, Amanda represented numerous defendants and focused her practice on asbestos, mass tort, and environmental litigation. She has extensive experience defending aggregated claims in jurisdictions across the nation and has assisted clients facing local, regional, and national issues. Amanda was an integral part of national coordinating council teams – overseeing litigation, managing individual claims, and negotiating settlements in multiple high risk jurisdictions. She participated in numerous federal and state court mediations.
Amanda has been married to her husband Allan for eighteen years. She enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with family and friends.
