Mr. Dampier graduated from The George Washington University, B.B.A. (Accounting), Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law (Juris Doctorate) and The New York University School of Law (LL.M.) in 1983, 1990 and 1991, respectively. He is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Colorado and Washington, D.C., maintaining a nationwide practice in complex litigation. Since 1995, Mr. Dampier has served as Co-lead Counsel or Class Counsel in numerous class actions with substantial recoveries on behalf of class members. In addition, Mr. Dampier is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice and the National Trial Lawyers Top 25 for Class Actions and Mass Torts and Super Lawyers.
